M/W GUIDE FOR HANDLING DERAILMENTS

A derailment cause checklist is given to help serve as a guide to all persons responsible for investigating derailments. It is hoped that each person involved will maintain an open mind so that when new pieces of evidence are uncovered the cause of the derailment can be properly reevaluated.
