COMPUTER-AIDED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATING TSM PROJECTS
To assist in Transportation Systems Management (TSM) implementation, NCHRP Report 263, "Simplified Procedures for Evaluating Low-Cost TSM Projects--User's Manual", provides a well structured procedure for identifying appropriate TSM actions and provides techniques to estimate their impacts. Additionally, the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) desired to supplement Report 263 with self-training materials to serve those requiring "hands-on" experience with the manual. This paper provides an overview of the supplementary materials.
