TRANSIT PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT USING A MICROCOMPUTER: ISSUES AND LESSONS
This paper focuses on the design and implementation of a microcomputer-based personnel management system at Sun-Tran of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The design of the system is a top down/requirements analysis. The paper also discusses the pros and cons of using dBase II for this application, particularly, speed requirements.
