CAR COST ALLOWANCES: FINAL REPORT
Investigates to which extent Dutch employers and government (through the tax system) provide payments and subsidies for private car use. The assembled data should give insight into the effects of these car cost allowances on the sensitivity of travel behaviour. They can also be used as an instrument for the analysis of various fiscal scenarios and other government policy questions (see also the MVA study: Car Cost Allowances: Further Work, Final Report).
