STATEWIDE SURVEY OF FRICTION CHARACTERISTICS OF FLORIDA'S SURFACE COURSES. 1988 ANNUAL REPORT
This report summarizes Florida's Statewide Survey of Friction Characteristics of Surface Courses for the year 1988, covering the measuring devices and calibration procedures, types of testing involved and test results. Approximately 7809 lane miles of Florida's surface courses were tested in 1988. Results and analysis of the test values are presented.
