PERSPECTIVES ON FEDERAL TRANSPORTATION POLICY
This is the proceedings of a two-day conference in Washington in February 1974. Economists have been increasingly critical of the effects of government regulation on the nation's transportation system. Transportation specialists still maintain that some governmental regulation is necessary if the public interest is to be safeguarded.
