CONFERENCE DISCUSSION NO 2: ROADS IN DEVELOPING REGIONS --PIARC XVIII WORLD ROAD CONGRESS, BRUSSELS, BELGIUM, SEPTEMBER 13-19, 1987

This conference discussion deals with the transfer and adaptability of technical information to developing countries. Its objective is to promote an exchange of views between recipients and providers so as to identify the needs and conditions necessary for success. Particular weight is given to requests made by recipient countries concerning the type, form and means of transfer. An appendix describes the transfer of surface treatment technology in Korea.
