LITERATURE REVIEW: VEHICLE DRIVING BY THE DISABLED

The disabled are rarely provided with the necessary training or adaptive equipment for automobile driving. More information must be made available on the capabilities of the various disabled groups. Both regular automobiles and vans have been converted for use by the disabled. Though new equipment is being designed there are no existing safety standards for such adaptive devices.
