LRT GROWS IN TUNIS

Work on the extensions to the Tunis light rail network are well underway. Heavy emphasis is placed on keeping passengers informed of developments via direct telephone lines for complaints and information and through the use of suggestion boxes placed at all stations. The La Marsa Railway line will be converted from third rail to overhead catenary operation.
