IOWA CONSOLIDATED RAIL/BARGE TARIFF. PORTS, WATERWAYS, CARGO FORECASTING, AND INTERMODAL COORDINATION - PROCEEDINGS OF THE 11TH ANNUAL PORTS AND WATERWAYS CONFERENCE
Grain transportation problems that concern shippers, terminal operators, and carriers are discussed. These problems relate to rate fluctuations, coordination of grain transshipments, and administration. The consolidated rail/barge tariff which applied to interstate traffic of rail/barge export of corn and soybeans from Milwaukee Railroad terminals in Iowa and southeastern South Dakota is discussed.
