The Port Delay module is designed to give an analyst an opporunity to study and modify cargo load-unload and berthing strategies. It consists of a set of simple equations which study the unloading and loading of a particular commodity, berthed in a particular fashion, with a given load-unload rate based on the transfer equipment used. . .Software Description: The software is written in the BASIC programming language for the IBM PC XT or greater microcomputer. It requires a DOS 3.2 or greater operating system and also requires 256K bytes of memory.
