The Port Delay module is designed to give an analyst an opportunity to study and modify cargo load-unload and berthing strategies. It consists of a set of simple equations which study the unloading and loading of a particular commodity, berthing in a particular fashion, with a given load-unload rate based on the transfer equipment used. . .Software Description: The software is writen in the BASIC programming language for the Apple IIc and IIe microcomputers. It requires a DOS 2.0 or greater operating system.
