The Harbor Capacity package allows a river to be classified by mileage, left or right bank, and registers the capacity of all fleeting sites with the appropriate mileage. These capacities are registered for normal water conditions and low water conditions for each site. . . Software Description: The software is written in the PFS:FILE programming language for the Apple IIc or IIe microcomputer. It requires a DOS 2.0 or greater operating system.
