PAVING IN COLD AREAS II - MINI-WORKSHOP: SUMMARY OF PROCEEDINGS

The second joint canada/japan paving in cold areas mini-workshop (pica II) held in tsukuba science city in Japan in 1984 brought together Canadian and Japanese experts in pavement research to discuss the particular problems of cold region paving. The workshop consisted of ten technical sessions, at which thirty-four papers were presented. Discussions centered on two primary areas: pavement management and pavement cracking. This report contains abstract of the papers presented during the workshop. (Author/TRRL)
