PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS - GUIDELINES FOR MUNICIPALITIES
A number of consultants now offer pavement management packages and services which vary considerably in detail, product output, and costs. This report, prepared by a task force of the municipal engineers advisory committee, reviews four pavement management system (pms) packages offered by Ontario consultants. The report discusses how a municipality might make use of the pavement management systems concept, and outlines the products which are required to make up a complete minimum package. (TRRL)
