DENVER ARTCC (AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL CENTER) EVALUATION OF PROFS (PROTOTYPE REGIONAL OBSERVATIONS AND FORECAST SYSTEM) MESOSCALE WEATHER PRODUCTS

The Denver Air Traffic Control Center has had a Prototype Regional Observation and Forecast System (PROFS) display system since the spring of 1982. Outputs of the system are presented and explained.
