EFFECTS OF ENERGY SHORTAGES ON THE WAY WE LIVE
Energy use in personal transportation and residential buildings is briefly discussed along with methods that consumers have to reduce the impact of higher energy prices or scarcity of supplies. Government policy alternatives for energy conservation are noted.
