FERRY SYSTEMS DATA, SCHEDULING AND BILLING. DATA ANALYSIS. FINAL REPORT

This report contains findings and recommendations from work performed in Task 1 of the project, Ferry System Data, Scheduling and Billing. It describes the data required by the Washington State Ferry System management and staff for the operation and management of the system. It describes the collection, manipulation, storage and retrieval of those data, and it provides a list of recommended changes that should take place within those procedures to improve the entire data collection and manipulation process.
