AUTOMOTIVE 8-BIT SINGLE-CHIP CMOS MICROCONTROLLER, TMP7600 SERIES

The automotive electronics market today requires a single-chip microcontroller capable of applications with higher performance, more complexity and with various function. To meet those requirements, Toshiba has developed the TMP 7600 series of onboard, 8-bit, single-chip CMOS microcontrollers. In the paper, the authors describe the architecture and performance of TMP76C40P, the basis and core of the TMP7600 series of microcontrollers.
