A CASE FOR TRAFFIC RESTRAINT IN LONDON
This report examines the scope for restraining car traffic in London within the A1 corridor. It then looks at some of the problems which restraining cars destined for the centre of London might bring and compares the various means by which such restraint could be achieved. Finally, it identifies the next steps in the development and implementation of a policy of restraint in the centre. (Author/TRRL)
