LONDON REGIONAL TRANSPORT BUS SERVICE TENDERING: THE ACTIVITIES AND INTENTIONS OF INDEPENDENT BUS AND COACH OPERATIONS
Examines the extent to which independent bus and coach operators have become or sought to become involved in running London bus services since London Regional Transport (LRT) began putting services out to tender in 1984. The objective is to inform LRT as to the progress of this aspect of bus route tendering, and thereby to assist them in the development of future tendering policies.
