BRIDGE ALERT: HORICON BRIDGE RESURFACED WITH WATERPROOF MATERIAL
The concrete bridge deck of a bridge in Wisconsin was restored and resurfaced with a new topping made from a 2-component, acrylic-polymer-modified, cement-based material. The high-density waterproof material is designed for resurfacing pitted, spalled, and scaled concrete surfaces. The resurfacing procedure is briefly described.
