GROUP DEVELOPMENT AND SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP: A MODEL FOR MANAGING GROUPS
There is more and more evidence that high performing systems are characterized by worker participation, cohesive work teams, and worker/management collaboration. There is no quick fix. The knowledge and skills required of managers and workers demand a massive training program to help people in our organizations learn to function effectively in the new participatory environment.
