THE ROAD AS A CAUSE OF ACCIDENTS AND THE HUMAN FACTOR - DISCUSSION

The article presents different evaluations of the road as a cause of traffic accidents and the influence of the human factor. The aim of the article is to investigate the evaluation methodology in order to increase financing for road construction and maintenance, and traffic safety.
