ROAD ACCIDENT COSTS 1986
This Note gives the Department of Transport's estimates of the cost of road casualties and road accidents of various types, and explains the basis upon which they are made. Based on 1986 data, the estimates are given for 1986 at June 1986 prices and values. Estimates of the total costs of road casualties and road accidents in Great Britain are also given for 1986.
