A MODIFIED LAW OF THE WAKE FOR TURBULENT SHEAR FLOWS

The analytical description of similarity-law velocity profiles for turbulent shear flow has been improved by a proposed polynomial which modifies the Coles law of the wake to satisfy the outer slope conditions.
