SOME IMPRESSIONS OF THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON MAGLEV AND LINEAR DRIVES

This is an overview of the International Conference on Maglev & Linear Drives held in May 1987. The symposium was sponsored by the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society and the Canadian Institute of Guided Ground Transport, Queen's University. The Japanese participants presented eleven papers. HSST progress, etc. are discussed with photos and description of some major papers.
