PROGRESS REPORT ON MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS PERSONNEL

This is the 43rd in a series of reports, which began in 1944, comparing salaries and working conditions for state highway department maintenance and operations personnel. Information is reported from all states except Rhode Island. As with the 1987 report, 1977 is used as the base year for the comparison of salaries.
