The paper discusses the organization of an information system for traffic control in special conditions consisting of 8 information sub-systems. It briefly describes the characteristics of the sub-systems which include data on road network, vehicles, drivers, carriers, maintenance service, service stations, fuel suppliers and on the organization of traffic control.
