1986 SURVEY OF STATE INVOLVEMENT IN PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. A REPORT OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Details of state-by-state funding, sources of funding and technical assistance efforts are given. This survey shows how states are trying to absorb the impact of the decline in federal aid for public transportation. A new feature of the current year's survey is the state-by-state analysis of how states are using oil overcharge refunds for transportation purposes.
