DELINEATION OF CONCRETE SAFETY-SHAPED BARRIERS AND URBAN FREEWAY GORE AREA CRASH CUSHIONS. FINAL REPORT
This report is a consolidation of results of research conducted on Study 408 regarding delineation of concrete safety-shaped barriers (CSSBs) and urban freeway gore area crash cushions. Specific details about the research performed on each of these topics are covered in two interim reports: TTI Report 408-1, "Delineation of Concrete Safety-Shaped Barriers"; and TTI Report 408-2, "Delineation of Urban Freeway Gore Area Crash Cushions". Based on the results of this research, recommendations regarding the delineation of both CSSBs and urban freeway gore area crash cushions are presented.
