FEASIBILITY OF INTEGRATING URBAN TRAFFIC OPERATIONS TECHNIQUES. VOLUME 1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY. FINAL REPORT
The study developed various ways in which existing or planned traffic operations techniques could be integrated. Three case studies, Rochester, Cincinnati, and Los Angeles were included to determine the potential of integrated systems under realistic conditions. Integrated systems were found to be feasible and highly cost-effective.
