FREIGHT TRANSPORT INVESTIGATION 1974

GODSTRANSPORTUNDERSOEKNING 1974

The purpose of the study was to improve the basis for decision-making regarding highway priorities by making an inventory of the truck traffic in three counties, especially traffic including heavy trucks. The investigation included the amounts of different kinds of goods transported during 1973 and a prognosis for 1978. The material was collected through an inquiry to about 450 transport firms. /TRRL/
