USER'S GUIDE - LOWER NECK TRANSDUCER FOR THE HYBRID III DUMMY. FINAL REPORT

The Vehicle Research and Test Center of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration conducted a program to develop a six-axis transducer for measuring the three forces and three moments at the base of the neck of the Hybrid III anthropomorphic test dummy.
