General Transport Policy in Europe; Chapter II: Activities in Particular Fields; Chapter III: Economic Research and Documentation; and Chapter IV: External Relations; Part Two--Trends in the Transport Sector 1970-1984; and Part Three--Resolutions of the Council of Ministers of Transport and Report Approved in 1985. Also included are an introduction by the Secretary-General, outline of the structure and proceedings of the Conference, conclusions on road traffic rules and road signs and signals adopted by the Ministers, reports approved by the Council of Ministers, and annexes.
