STUDY OF ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION STRATEGIES DURING RECONSTRUCTION OF THE PARKWAY EAST, I-376, PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA. REPORT ON THE SECOND RECONSTRUCTION SEASON
To reduce negative effects of congestion delays and adverse community impacts, several people moving strategies were implemented. The report presents the results of the second year study, and discusses the use of alternative strategies, panel survey results and strategy effectiveness.
