CYCLE-PLAN DELFT: AN INTERIM REPORT
FIETSPLAN DELFT: EEN TUSSENTIJDSE BALANS
This paper gives a survey of the experiences that have been gained up to the time of writing in the decision making and the accomplishment of the projects of the Delft cycle plan. With regard to the goals of the plan and the multi-year subsidy-agreement between the central government and the municipality some reflections are given on the development of ideas about cycle-provisions and the influence on the discussions and decision making. General experiences gained in the technical execution are also presented. For the covering abstract of the conference see IRRD 286502. (TRRL)
