CHARACTERISTICS OF RECENT LARGE CONTAINER SHIP DESIGNS
The problems inherent in the design of container ships are discussed briefly. The characteristics of some of the larger designs are tabulated. Sketches of the profiles, main decks and midship section outlines, and shp-versus-speed curves are included.
