RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CALCULATING DEFORMATION OF DEEP FOUNDATIONS CONSISTING OF LARGE-DIAMETER CAST-IN-SITU PILES (SANDY AND CLAYEY SOIL)
REKOMENDATSII PO ROSHCHETU PESCHANYKH I GLINISTYKH OSNOVANIJ GLUBOKIKH OPOR TIPA BUROVYKH SVAJ BOLSHOGO DIAMETRA PO DEFORMATSIYAM
The present methods for calculating foundations consisting of large-diameter (0,80 m to 1,20 m), cast-in-situ piles do not enable the calculations to be made according to the second limit state. The NIIOSP drafted a design method for deep cast-in-situ piled foundations in sandy and clayey soil. The method facilitates the determination of nominal loads on the pile for a value of limit settlement already given. The method also solves the problems for loads exceeding the proportional limit, e.g. For settlements in the plastic zone. The method is used for the calculation of deep foundations consisting of cast-in-situ piles having A diameter between 0,80 and 1,20 m, driven to a depth of 12 M or more, without any widening of the tip.
