BETTER UTILIZATION OF COMPUTERS
Computer system support, such as hardware and software maintenance, is usually discovered by direct complaints or problems. The need for good computer professionals is also realized with experience. This article discusses an approach to maximizing the utilization of computers that are already being applied within an organization. The approach is based on training, listening to professionals and veterans, reading, meeting with other users, integrating computers into the workflow, and understanding computerization.
