ROUTE CHOICE IN CONGESTED URBAN NETWORKS. PROJECT REPORT. VOLUMES 1 AND 2. ITS WORKING PAPER
In order to determine the routes used by drivers in a chosen sector of Leeds and their response to two major traffic management schemes in the area, data was collected on four occasions over a period of 18 months using two main techniques, a panel survey and a stop line survey, involving prepaid questionnaires. Volume 1 of this report describes the surveys and presents the results obtained. Volume 2, appendices, contains examples of the questionnaires and a map of cordon points. (TRRL)
