CURB SPACE MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES FOR NASHVILLE
The document examines the use of curb space in downtown areas. The approach considers issues like goods movement and taxi utilization along with parking in developing strategies for making the best use of the available curb areas. It reflects an attempt to increase roadway capacity and improve traffic safety while at the same time supporting eonomic activity through downtown merchants and their customers.
