NEW BOOKS FOR TRANSPORT STUDIES

The review is aimed at the reading which would be necessary for most of the papers which may be taken in the CIT examinations (but excluding law, accounting, quantitative methods and technology) focusing on books which have been published since 1980. It should be said that real books constitute only a small part of the total body of published material in transport studies. Trade and academic journals abound, and particularly important are the semi-published materials found in reports from national and local government, industry, pressure groups and other bodies.
