SOME ADVANCES IN MODEL DESIGN DEVELOPED FOR THE PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT OF ROAD PRICING IN HONG KONG
The main objectives of the transport planning study were to design a range of alternative strategies for using the Electronic Road Pricing technology in Hong Kong, and to assess them in comparison with a minimum change option, with car ownership restraint, and with supplementary licensing.
