ELECTRIC FIELD TEST VAN PROGRAM, PHASE 1A

This report contains the results of the Phase 1A portion of the Electric Field Test Van Program (EFTV). Phase 1A includes the Program Plan Development and the System Study and preliminary design. The objective of the program is to demonstrate and test state-of-the-art electric vehicles in light duty delivery applications. The results of the study demonstrate that the Chrysler Military-Public Electronic Systems preliminary design meets and/or exceeds all specifications as required by the contracting documents.
