SINGLE VARIABLE TABULATIONS. 1982-1985 NORTH CAROLINA ACCIDENTS

This reference document presents tables of statistics generated from the Highway Safety Research Center (HSRC) data tapes of accidents (legally reportable accidents not occurring on private property) occurring in North Carolina from 1982 through 1985. Each item of information which has been transcribed from the accident report form to the HSRC data tapes is presented in a table. Single variable tabulations include accident descriptive variables, vehicle descriptive variables, driver descriptive variables, and occupant descriptive variables. Code numbers for North Carolina cities by counties is provided in an appendix.
