This documentation describes a microcomputer version of the California Department of Transportation's pavement management system for rigid pavements. This documentation is basically a user's manual and is divided into four parts. First, the California PMS is described, focusing on portions pertaining to rigid pavements. Second, the data required by the program is discussed, and collection details are discussed in References 1 and 4. Third, the operation and logic of each routine of RPMS is fully described. Fourth, the operation of the program on an IBM-PC (or compatible) is fully described. This part includes a sample session that serves as a tutorial for the user.
