DOCUMENTATION OF THE CALIFORNIA PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MICROCOMPUTER PROGRAM: FPMS IBM-PC VERSION. INTERIM REPORT
This documentation describes a microcomputer version of the California Department of Transportation's pavement management system for flexible pavements. This documentation is basically a User's Manual, and is divided into four parts. First, the California PMS is described, focusing on the portions pertaining to flexible pavements. Second, the data required by the program is discussed. Correction details are discussed in References 1 and 4. Third, the operation and logic of each routine of FPMS is fully described. This part includes a sample session that serves as a tutorial for the user. It should be read before running the program.
