NETWORK MODELS IN TRANSPORTATION LAND USE PLANNING
This study presents a synthesis of models for urban location and travel choice in a network equilibrium framework. Procedures for deriving models from alternative behavioral assumptions are introduced and illustrated by the derivation of several specific models. A general algorithm for computing solutions to the models is stated, and calibration procedures are outlined. Empirical findings from an initial application of the models are presented.
