TRIAL STRATEGY AND TECHNIQUES IN ENFORCING LAWS RELATING TO TRUCK WEIGHTS AND SIZES
State highway departments and transportation agencies have a continuing need to keep abreast of operating practices and legal elements of special problems in highway law. This report deals with the enforcement of load limit violations by overweight trucks through relief against the persons or corporations who load or unload the vehicles as well as the truck operators.
